JLYQ has designed and developed numerous products in different specifications, sizes, and vacuum measurements to meet vacuum baking requirements for lithium battery products and materials.
This series utilizes a multi-temperature zone internal heating for a faster heating rate, and reduced heating power. In traditional vacuum oven drying procedures, internal heating method temperature control is not as easy as external heating, and often leads to heating problems. To prevent such problems, we add a specific amount of nitrogen at a specific vacuum degree to blow in microcirculation.
In order to ensure a higher vacuum and a lower air leakage rate in the drying ovens, we use a new shaft seal to meet vacuum baking requirements in each process for lithium battery production. Our vacuum drying ovens are also equipped with a cooling system that uses a vacuum source to ensure all requirements are met, including a high vacuum degree, an excellent temperature uniformity, and a quick temperature heating and cooling.
The 3 shelf vacuum oven is suitable for baking powder, pole pieces, battery cores, and utensils involved in the lithium battery industry. The working chamber features 3 shelves in a top down overlay.
The vacuum chamber is cylindrically shaped, allowing for an easy loading of battery pole pieces and baking in vacuum conditions. This design is ideal for manufacturers with limited production space, though we do offer customization services according to specific customer requirements.
