Vacuum drying ovens are designed for thermosensitive materials that require vacuum deformation, as well as labile and easily oxidized materials such as lithium batteries. Traditionally, because no air flows inside the oven, temperature control and distribution often prove difficult to maintain. Here at JLYQ, we use a micro-nitrogen circulation after evacuation in order to assist in uniform drying and prevention of crust formation. The vacuum pump is designed to remove any dust and impurities, and it will alternate with different vacuum gauges in order to fulfill different pressure requirements.
Normal vacuum ovens can only reach hundreds or thousands of Pa with a low vacuum rate, but our ovens are equipped with an effective vacuum pump that reaches 10 or 1 Pa.
The vacuum oven’s workspace material is a high quality, stainless steel that is easy to clean and prevents dust exposure. The fully welded structure ensures an excellent airtightness and solid structure, and with an excellent heat preservation performance, these ovens are equipped with an ancillary cooling system.
