Pass-through Oven

Our pass-through oven applies front and back double doors structure, greatly reducing contamination and saving time during transporting handled materials. Therefore, such oven can be applied for the processing of electric elements, semiconductors and other products.

JLQY provides various custom pass-through ovens. JLYQ can manufacture ovens with custom workspaces, structure and maximum temperature (less than 600 ℃). Overheat protection, partitions, fixed or castor mounted floor stand, observation windows and digital timers are available as well as other advanced temperature controlled systems and program systems.

• Pass-through oven applies special heat resistant motor and stainless steel tubular heater. And the 150 ℃ can be reached within 45 minutes.
• Internal material is SUS stainless steel while external is SS41 steel sheet with powder coating. These materials endow the oven with good corrosion resistance.
• Heat insulating layer is made by glass fiber.
• Lever latch door and airtight silicone seal enable good heat preservation.
• Tow partitions inside.
• PID temperature controller with PT100/K input and SSR (SCR) output.
