The client needed an oven to complete the secondary vulcanization process for the production of golf clubs. The oven needed to provide 300 ℃ maximum temperature and a program controlled temperature system is required to satisfy the molding effect of the silica gel applied in these products. To facilitate the large scale manufacturing operation and movement of the handcar, the expanded drying oven is necessary. Therefore, the hot air oven is equipped with a high power heater and hot air circulation is the ideal choice to meet the high yield requirements of silica gel. Our floor-standing oven is designed to provide convenience for the movement of the handcar. As for temperature control, a PLC system is equipped to control the oven and the temperature can be set to reach the optimal temperature.
